Guidance & Counseling
The purpose of counseling in our school is to impart skills and facilitate learning opportunities in an active and preventive way that ensures all students can achieve success in school through academic, career, and personal/social or emotional development experiences. We aim to inculcate knowledge of self which further helps in making informed career decisions.
The objective of the career guidance and counseling programs at DCM aims is to assist students to be more informed and take right decisions about their educational/career. Career guidance cell offers career options, suggestions on stream selections and senior secondary opportunities that are associated with their field of interest. DCM initiate the process of career guidance from class 9th onwards and organize aptitude test to ascertain the personality and possible career choices to match their individual outlook. DCM also invite renowned experts to guide them through seminars, class room sessions about emerging markets, their potential, eligibility etc.
