Trishla Thakur----X (My Teacher’s a Wonder!)
She’s a cauldron of knowledge , And an epitome of perfection, And the eloquence in her speech , That’s something that goes without a mention. Her mind is full of information , While her hands are always in action. Agile by her senses and calm by her head, Forgiving by her nature, strict to save us from the bad. If life’s a tourist place , you are our tourist guide, If our brain is like vacuum, your teachings fill that void . If education is a boundless sea, you are our sailor, Your pragmatic behaviour is our future shaper . Good Heavens ! You know so much to become a wonder Oh ! You yourself are one , to save us from doing blunders.

Swasti Tripathi----XI (Celebrating Teachers Day: The Unsung Heroes of Our Lives)
On Teachers' Day, we pause to honor the unsung heroes who shape our lives with unwavering dedication, profound wisdom, and boundless compassion. Teachers are the architects of our future, crafting minds and hearts with patience and perseverance, and their influence stretches far beyond the confines of the classroom. A teacher's impact is often subtle, woven into the fabric of daily lessons and quiet encouragement. From the first rudimentary lessons in reading and arithmetic to the complex discussions about life and morality, teachers provide the tools that help us navigate the challenging world ahead of us. A teacher's influence often extends beyond academics. They are the silent supporters who listen when a student faces personal challenges, the cheerleaders who celebrate victories, no matter how small, and the guides who help navigate the complexities of growing up. Consider the countless lives touched by a single teacher’s care. The dedication of a teacher is often invisible, but it creates ripples that influence not just the students but entire communities. On this Teachers' Day, let us take a moment to reflect on the incredible work these individuals do. Their sacrifices, often unnoticed, are monumental. They invest their time, energy, and hearts into their students, and the return on this investment is not always immediately visible but is seen in the successes, growth, and happiness of their students. In the end, the true measure of a teacher’s impact is not just in the lessons taught but in the lives transformed. Teachers mold the future with each lesson, each word of encouragement, and each act of kindness. On this special day, we say thank you to these extraordinary "unsung heroes".
Mannat Annand----X (Message on Teachers Day:)
Teacher's Day is a celebration dedicated to appreciating and honoring the invaluable contributions of teachers to society. Celebrated in many countries, the day varies globally, but the sentiments remain the same—a day to reflect on the significant role educators play in shaping the future. Teachers are the unsung heroes in our lives. From the moment we step into a classroom, they guide us through the complexities of learning, inspire us to pursue our passions, and encourage us to become better versions of ourselves. Their influence goes beyond textbooks and exams; they impart life lessons, nurture critical thinking, and instill values that stay with us forever. In a world that is constantly evolving, teachers are the anchors of stability and progress. They adapt to new teaching methods, embrace technology, and find innovative ways to engage their students. Despite challenges such as limited resources, large class sizes, and varying student needs, teachers remain committed to their mission—to educate and empower. Teacher's Day is not just about expressing gratitude, but also about recognizing the challenges teachers face. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted their resilience as they swiftly transitioned to online teaching, often balancing their professional responsibilities with personal challenges. Their dedication during such times reminds us of the vital role they play in our society. As we celebrate Teacher's Day, it's important to remember that supporting teachers should be a year-round endeavor. Advocating for better working conditions, professional development opportunities, and fair compensation is crucial. By uplifting our teachers, we are investing in the future of our communities and the world at large. In conclusion, Teacher's Day is a moment to pause and express our heartfelt thanks to those who dedicate their lives to educating the next generation. It's a day to reflect on the profound impact they have on our lives and to commit ourselves to supporting them in every way possible. Happy Teacher's Day to all the educators who inspire, nurture, and empower us to reach our full potential
Akansha ----X (Choosing Streams: - An Aim or an Orthodox)
Castles have techno colour, living on the clouds, falling off sky and many more strange things. These are the common fantasies every child has dreamt of. Every child wants to become ‘someone’ in his/her life. Well, a vision or a dream is enough to keep pushing a person into becoming that ‘someone’. As it takes a road to travel and to reach the destination, likewise it takes your aptitude to achieve your aim. Nevertheless, the real struggle starts in class tenth, as this is the time when you have to decide which road to choose and which is to leave. Choosing a stream for a student is like choosing between his/her dreams and the trend or the orthodox of the society. Many of us dream of becoming animators, musicians or even writers. But this society thinks only doctors, engineers and scientists have a reliable career. And here comes the peer pressure, comparisons, aspirations of parents and the societal pressure. This is where the students often forget about their dreams and what they aspire to become. Streams are not races, then why is society becoming racist among Science, Arts, Commerce and Humanities. Parents should know the calibre of their child. A tree can’t bear each type of fruit and in the same way every individual tree has its own quality. The same goes with a student, a student cannot be good at one thing but maybe he/she would be good at five others!
Trishala ----VIII ('Recess')
Recess oh Recess
You are the best
You are our favourite like a chocolate
That's why for you we never wait
Your presence for us is euphoric and important
That's for what you're meant

Running past our seats
Assignments and mates
For you we never have reasons full of hates
Thank You God for this little happiness
Which we all know and call as our Dear Recess

Gurleen Kaur XI Com (Health and life)
Who wants to spend their entire lives with their loved ones? Everyone agrees, but how is it possible? So, if I give you a magic cure, will you give it to me as a gift? Just kidding. The magic pill is straightforward: since it affects your health, only you have the power to make decisions about your life and how it will be run. I don't have the right to judge, but as a well-wisher, I can undoubtedly recommend and counsel you. My friends, although I am a simple girl like you, I am educated enough to recognize the value of my health to my life. We are all aware of how unpredictable and difficult life can be, but if we prepare our bodies to fight through it, they can overcome anything. I won't be discussing a healthy diet, lifestyle, or foods. I believe that your mental fitness is more important than your physical health. Mental trauma, anxiety, sadness, emotional overload, stress, and tension are the diseases that everyone is becoming caught up in today's society. We can't experience the victim's pain since we are not the victim, but I believe we should value our lives and the gift that it is. It is quite simple to state that we should work on it, for example. I am aware that there are both good and terrible surprises in life, but that is what makes it exciting. Why focus just on the unpleasant aspects of life? Why not a happy one. We should have the fortitude to face life's challenges and conditions. Make your parents and god proud. Show your worth. that we are neither whiners or weaklings. I am aware that we can't trust anyone or anything, but can we trust our actions, our life, or our fate? Everybody has remorse from time to time, but we can all move on, and the person who musters the fortitude to do so is the true hero if we can't do it together. We have loved ones or elders you can rely on without question.
Meetav----IX (Education ought to be free)
Education is a fundamental human right, but far too often, financial position or other circumstances hinder access to high-quality education. It's time to acknowledge that everyone should have the right to a free education in the twenty-first century. Everyone should have access to free education, regardless of socioeconomic background or any other barriers. In this article , we'll talk about the advantages of free education and the reasons why. We'll examine the benefits of free education, including how it might improve academic results and give kids from lower-income homes more equal chances. We'll also look at some possible negative effects of free education &There are several justifications for free education. It is first and foremost a basic human right. According to Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, everyone has a right to an education. Second, education is necessary for the growth of economies and society. It aids individuals in acquiring the abilities and information necessary to fully engage in both society and the economy. Third, education works to lessen inequality and poverty. It offers them the chance to better their life and get out of poverty. Fourth, it fosters societal harmony and tranquilly. It promotes mutual understanding and amicable conflict resolution. The fifth point is that education supports sustainable development. It aids individuals in acquiring the abilities and information necessary to live sustainably and defend the environment. Sixth, the expansion of the global economy would be aided by free education. An educated workforce would be more productive, which would help the global economy. Finally, free education would contribute to a world that is more egalitarian and just. Everyone should have access to education, regardless of their social status. Free education has a lot of advantages that are frequently ignored. One benefit is that it provides equal opportunity for all kids. Wealthier students would no longer have an advantage over their less fortunate classmates. In addition to encouraging social mobility, free education provides all students with an equal opportunity to thrive regardless of their background. Free education can also aid in lowering crime rates. Studies have demonstrated a significant link between poverty and criminality. We can contribute to ending the cycle of poverty and crime by providing free and open access to education for all. There are several financial advantages to free education as well. It can increase productivity and competitiveness and support economic expansion. In actuality, nations that offer free or heavily subsidised postsecondary education typically have higher GDP per capita than those that do not. Free education is ultimately advantageous for both individuals and society as a whole. It offers chances for people from all walks of life to better their situation and contribute positively to the world around them.

At once I understood that she was made for me, Fair glossy & good looking And thus won my heart. She was the same size as me And just ideal for me I told my mother I wanted her at any cost. But she said that she was not made for me. After arraying a lot, I got her & took her in my arms & kissed her I ran my hands on her smooth body. I enjoyed her company for two years. One day I went to a temple with her And left her near the ice-cream stall. But when I returned, she wasn’t there I searched for her everywhere, But then I realized that she was lost forever. I still miss my dearest dear Oh! God! Be kind and have pity on me. Please tell me where is my dear Bicycle could be!
Devanshi Narang -----IX (WHY PROCRASTINATION ????!!!!)
Yes, procrastination is a new term for delaying things. Students normally lag behind due to late submissions and not revising daily work. I would like to grab your attention to the big mistake today’s youth is making in life. The school has its own disciplined terms and follows each and every work on time like the syllabus, important CBSE tasks, school functions, co-curricular activities and many more . For a student, it is very necessary to stop delaying and start working on things. Fixing daily chores, making plans, and having certain arrangements make the task easier and more effective. Procrastination has made students with really good understanding skills lag behind, just because of laziness and the certain urge to stop working hard and start finding the easiest path. . As hard as the path is the more desirable the result. Sometimes we have the skill but we don’t get enough time to complete a desirable task. It is an asset to be consistent in our tasks, if we once decide on our routine and then stick to it then there is no going back. The only thing stopping us is a lack of confidence or hesitation but still not making an effort to make it happen. I feel like being consistent should be a rule of life because if we make this a habit in childhood then we would take it with us to later in all stages of Life .
Rohan Gupta -----IX (Body Shaming And Ways To Deal With It)
What is Body Shaming ? Hearing people violating and abusing you on the basis of your size, shape, color and other body traits is Body shaming. It is the criticism or humiliation towards someone on the basis of their body characteristics. Body shaming has a wide scope and not only limited to fat shaming, it includes shaming on basis of short height, hair color, thinness, skin color, pimpled face, teeth, etc. Body shaming is quite common among teens around the age of 15-19. This has become one of the biggest psychological problem among the teens also. But teens do not know whom to confront or to take advise from and due to this lack of advise, people are engrossed in this problem. Body shaming has led to suicide among the teens. It is an increasing problem and has become an evil in the society. Ways to deal With it Everyone has once faced this problem but no one likes to talk or discuss about it. There are several ways to deal with this uprising issue and one should know about it to avoid such treatment in life. *Put a stop Whenever someone tries to body shame you, say ‘NO’ or ‘STOP’ to that person or a group. ‘NO’ and ‘STOP’ are such psychological words that dissuade someone from continuing any action. *Leave the Table When you are being body shamed in a peer group or any type of group then immediately leave or move from the place to get away and prevent the treatment. Discuss Sometimes we are unable to find someone appropriate enough to discuss or to take advise from. But remember to avoid taking advise from arrogant and high-headed people and take advise from humble and calm-minded people because they know how to deal with any type of issue. Discard Discard and Get rid of such terrible and narrow-minded groups to avoid such poisonous demotivation from seeking into your mind.
Tanay Mohan----IX (Media: That Is Social!!)
Social media has disrupted the core fabric of our society today and has made a negative impact on the development of a child. As one would expect today’s children to solve the problems of tomorrow, children today are addicted to screens, and desperate for social acceptance rather than working on their personality and goals. While the need for social acceptance is not new, social media makes children vulnerable to reduced confidence levels as children start relying on social media for validation of how they look or whom they interact with. Obsession with self and posting updates and selfies every minute on social media increases narcissism in teens. Social media has completely consumed children and their moods depend heavily on how appreciated their photos are on social media they go into anxiety when they don’t get the kind of appreciation or attention they expect or want. Nowadays, looking cool in pictures on social media is more important than being a genuine person. Everything they see on social media; they think they are required to do in order to become cool and popular and that is so not true. Always being active on social media delays their emotional and social development. FOMO, the fear of missing out leads to depression and anxiety. A Netflix documentary on the harms of social media made me realize that our screen time is being sold to content creators and we are being used as products on social media. Hence, it is critical that parents step in to mitigate the unrestricted usage of social media by children. Exposure to social media is just another challenge in the long parenting trouble list. Parents should supervise their child’s online activity, so they can teach them to protect themselves from online bullies and they initially should set boundaries on what sites they can be on and for how long. Social media is addictive precisely because it gives a value as an individual and a chance to freely express ourselves. Hence, parents should not end up dictating the social media regime of a child.
Akshara----IX (Habit of Obligation, A Must For Success)
Aristotle once said somewhat like this centuries ago,” We are what we repeatedly do”. A young man approached a moneylender and asked for a loan. He was welcomed to lunch by the moneylender in the courtyard of his home, where he also had his dog and a tenant. The moneylender gave his visitor food and then waited patiently till the Youngman had completed it as he sat far away in a courtyard corner. I can't give you a loan on any terms since I don't find you to be a genuine person who can return my loan, the moneylender tersely, “I can’t give you loan on any terms as I don’t find you a genuine person who can repay my loan.” Baffled on the sudden change of mood of the moneylender, the young man said,“ Sir, what's wrong with me? Since our first meeting, you have shown me a lot of compassion, and today you asked me to such a delicious meal. Why did you decide to change your opinion so suddenly? He was informed by the moneylender that he lacked the habit of responsibility. The moneylender responded, "See, my dog was present during the lunch and you did not even throw a piece of bread to him while he was obviously expecting it from you, which is how I came to that conclusion. Not only did you not offer my tenant, How can I expect you to repay my loan if you can't contribute something to someone else with what I provided you? The moral of the story is that showing our sense of obligation is a form of habit, and that developing this habit is essential for success since it shows who we are at our core. Duty-based obligations are the result of duty. We have the power to alter our fate by developing good habits. The habits of caring, obligation, and assisting others are those things that make a person so lovely regardless of what creed, religion, or status he belongs to, and this is the one thing that is certain in this situation.
Viha Srivastava----IX (Ruminating : The Biggest Manipulator )
Albert Einstein once said “We cannot solve our problems the same way they were created”. Ruminating or Over thinking generates problems that aren’t even there. It’s like deep ocean, it keeps sinking you down into the oblivion and dark until and unless you yourself swim towards the light above. This problem is faced by almost everyone nowadays, from children to the elderly. Sometimes, the worst place one can be is in their own head. Get out of it, we can’t control everything, sometimes we just need to go with the flow. Someone once told me that the best way to overcome this demon is to play a reverse game... turn your weakness into your strength. Instead of imagining about something bad, start thinking about good things. Fantasise a world in which you are happy and are achieving whatever you want to achieve. This not only stops you from overthinking about what might happen next but also has a positive impact on your subconscious mind. Life is unpredictable . One never knows what good or bad it holds for you next, so don’t waste your time on fear and regret and start living to your fullest. Talk to people, maybe what they said or did actually didn’t mean the way we might be thinking. Maybe the problems we were facing weren’t as big as we thought them to be. Worrying about how things might go wrong doesn’t help those things to go right.... So stay positive and stop overthinking. Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful.... and the most important thing is to enjoy life, to be happy, it’s all that matters....
Armani Goyal----IX (National Educational Policy)
The National Education Policy of India seeks to provide universal access to education for all students, including those in class 5. By launching the NEP on July 29, 2020, the Union Cabinet paved the way for transformative reform in the school and higher education systems. It takes the place of NPE (National Policy on education 1986). Dr. K. Kasturirangan, former chief of ISRO and former chairman of UGC, is the chairman of NEP 2022. It is built on five pillars: accessibility, equality, quality, affordability, and accountability. The NEP will replace the old 10+2 curriculum structure with a 5+3+3+4 curriculum structure. The new system calls for 12 years of schooling, followed by three years of pre-schooling/Anganwadi. The NEP is strong in the following areas: 1) Early childhood education is included as part of formal schooling. 2) The notion that all children should receive at least a secondary education. 3) A child's mother tongue will be used as the medium of instruction until the fifth grade. The NEP is a huge step forward for the Indian education system because it encourages students to pursue multidisciplinary subjects. Highlights such as multiple entry and exit options in UG courses, the discontinuation of MPhil programmes, and a common entrance exam for universities are important aspects that will move education in India forward. With all of these features, it is appropriate to state that NEP 2020 is a watershed moment in the history of India's educational system.
Deepanjali Kaur ( “EXAMS - A FRIGHT”)
As the month, February is coming near; it has tensed up the minds of the students whether they are in school or in college. The exams have taken a grand entry in their lives as if they are the New Year gifts. For some students it is just like a test, testing their knowledge grabbed till now and they are using it well as the key to open the doors of the next class whereas for some students it is just like walking on the bed of thorns, they are already in anxiety of the results and the reactions of their family, friends and teachers. The exams although are just to assess an individual’s learning for the session but for the others it is not less than a war. Further, this fear also leads to health disturbance as well as mental issues. The pressure to be best on a mind of an individual by the society sometimes draws them into depression. They suffer from severe anxiety attacks, lack of sleepiness etc. which then may also result for an agony or a suicide. We must assist our peer and comprehend them that the phobia of exams is just like our shadow—it will follow us wherever we go, so instead of running away from the fear of getting failed we should fight it like a warrior and hold up the sword of education and self-confidence. Before revising for the test, entering the exam hall and writing the exam; Remember the all mighty god and speak to yourself that, “I CAN DO IT,I WILL DO IT,I KNOW EVERYTHING,I SHALL PASS WITH GOOD GRADES.” And then pen down whatever you know. Positive affirmation to your mind is necessary for getting positive result to anything. Make exams your friend and it will take you to the peak of success, Keeping them as your enemy will always give sour fruits.
Samarpit Sharma Class 2nd Article - A Thanks note to Soldiers...
No one can beat us in waters.
No one can destroy us on land.
No one can fly high like us in the sky.
No one can love our Nation like our soldiers
No one can touch our soil,
Because, with full strength,
Our soldiers defend us in water, on land and in the sky.

When you see a soldier,
Express your thanks for his personal sacrifices.
In order to serve our country,
They risk their entire lives.

Harnoor Toor ----11th medical (Environment Restortion)
On hearing the term ecosystem restoration, one might wonder what it means. If we look at the dictionary definition, it says, “a process of reversing the degradation of ecosystems, such as landscapes, lakes and oceans to regain their ecological functionality”. If we interpret it in simpler words, it means to improve the productivity and capacity of ecosystems to meet the needs of society. The second question that comes to our mind is “what is the need of ecosystem restoration? Why is the ‘restoration of ecosystem’ so important?” Since the 1950s humanity has made enormous advances in health, poverty reduction and economic development. However, those gains have come at a massive ecological cost. The value of stock of natural capital (specifically, minerals and fossil fuels, agricultural land, forests as sources of timber and fisheries) fell by a staggering 40 per cent. The increase in produced capital was achieved, in significant part, but through the degradation of nature. This is not sustainable at all. The previous studies on the water quality of river Damodar proved that the river water throughout the catchment area was very much affected by nearby coal dust, iron and steel industries, power plants, chemical industries, etc. However due to the countrywide lockdown because of the COVID-19 pandemic, most of the industries within the catchment area of river Damodar had been closed and it has turned to be a positive condition for it’s restoration. When we encountered the first lockdown imposed as a result of the ravaging pandemic, the improving condition of our environment was the only silver lining amidst a sea of despair and anguish. Images of clear skies and waterways, dwindling road traffic and wildlife unfettered by human activity have been therapeutic, to say the least. The UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration is a global rallying call from the United Nations General Assembly to make peace with nature and build back better. However, meeting the scale, scope and pace needed to achieve effective restoration is no small task. We need to catalyse a global movement which will be diverse, including local communities and activists, the private sector, finance institutions, researchers, NGOs and national governments. Achieving the aims of the UN Decade requires all citizens to engage in effective restoration of all degraded ecosystems by raising awareness through articles in news and magazines, by using social media websites to gain the attention of youth and millennials, using creative and modern platforms like YouTube and film industry to promote the idea of ecosystem restoration At the end of the day, “The proper use of science is not to conquer nature, but to live in it.’
Saksham Singhal-VI-B Article -Lockdown-Positive Impacts of Being at Home
We know that world is suffering from deadly disaster known as Corona virus. So in order to control the spread of this disaster governments of various countries are left with no other option other than to lock down to maintain social distancing. We all are now in our homes, So that we could save ourselves and our society from this devil named COVID-19. It is very boring to stay locked at home for a very long time, but it has come as a great opportunity to realise some very positive impacts of being at home. We are spending time with our family, playing with children, sharing memorable moments with our parents and family. We are working together our household works and enjoying it. We are having ample time to take care of ourselves, our body; we are practising yoga & asana and taking proper rest. We are pursuing our hobbies like painting, music, reading books, writing poems etc. Now that our outside movement is restricted, outside food is not available. So we are eating homemade hygienic food. We learnt the way to maintain cleanliness and high hygiene in our home and society. We have become responsive and more concerned for our society and country. We also learned the way to be united in such type of pandemic and critical situation. We have now contacted and communicated with our old friends and relatives. Almost all the vehicles and industries are at standstill, so air pollution is greatly reduced. We can see the drastic differences of Air Quality Index (AQI) between the end of January and right now. Sky is clear; atmosphere is pleasant, peaceful and beautiful. Due to this lockdown, animals / birds are reclaiming there space that was captured by humans. We can see dears and reindeers roaming on roads, whales are coming to seashores, penguins roaming in malls freely. We are really enjoying this phase of our life. At this time I would like to mention the saying of B. B. Butler “Cherish your family, make time, have patience and laugh often with them”

Grown in a circle
Of Loving parents
Honest, truthful and simple
Of body so frail yet nimble
With heart so big and true
With gifts but given to few.
Made many mistakes
Realized his faults
Vowed never to repeat them
And never committed them again.
Loved his motherland
Brought her freedom
With the weapon of non-violence
And not a drop of blood-shed
Bravely to prison he went
Though old and bent
Many a blow did he get Yet never did he fret.
With guns and knives, he did not fight
Satyagraha was his eternal might
India's independence he fought and won
Bloodshed and bitterness there was none.
Adopted penance and fasting
Started the Satyagraha
Gave up foreign goods
And inspired wearing Khadi.

Nidhi Gautam----11th Commerce (Gandhi Jayanti)
October 2 is celebrated as the birth anniversary of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, most commonly known as Mahatma Gandhi. It is celebrated all over the continent, including his memorial in New Delhi where he was cremated. It was in 1921 that he took leadership of the Indian National Congress and found the term Swaraj, which means self-rule. The path that Gandhi took for the independence of India during the freedom struggle was that of non-violence(ahimsa). He led many movements that shook the British regime without any force. This include :- The Quit India Movement, Dandi March, Civil-Disobedience Movement which were few of the many non-violent protests that Gandhi headed, which shook the British reigns. He advocated for a free India that practiced religious pluralism(group). The partition of the subcontinent into India and Pakistan led to brutal atrocities being committed on both sides of the border. Gandhi, in his seventies at that time, sat on a number of fasts unto death (anshan) to stop the religious violence. He even advocated to pay out some cash assets to Pakistan, which many people perceived as being too pro-Pakistan and pro-Muslim. Eventually, this became one the major reasons for his assassination (kill) by Nathuram Godse, a Hindu nationalist in 1948 who fired three bullets into his chest while Gandhi was on his way to a prayer meeting accompanied by his grandnieces. His memorial at Raj Ghat which is a black marble platform bears the epigraph (statue)Hey Ram. These are widely believed to be his last words after he was shot. The contribution of Mahatma Gandhi to world politics and also to world peace is immense. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose bestowed him with the title of the Father of the Nation in 1944 when he addressed him as such in his condolence message to the Mahatma on the demise of his wife, Kasturba Gandhi. His acts inspired many movements for civil rights and freedom all across the world. Many eminent world leaders and personalities including Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr., Dalai Lama, John Lennon and Albert Einstein considered Gandhi as their ideal. It was not only freedom from the British that Gandhi wanted for a free India, but it was also freedom from its own internal conflicts, social issues and taboos. His efforts to liberate the society and its people was quite relevant and modern at that point of time in history and his dream of an India, free of casteism, religious based differences and gender inequalities paved the way for the modern India of the 21st century. Even many quotes were spoken by bapu like:- ✓An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind. ✓Cleanliness us next to godliness. ✓Be the change you want to see in the world.
Nandini Garg IX-B Article -Virat Kohli ---True dedication Published On-20Nov2019
Virat Kohli is an inspiration and a role model for the youth in today's time. we have seen his growing maturity, his consistency and his leadership abilities. he is not only considered one of the best Indian cricketers but also the best international player. He started his career and played his first international match in 2008, when he was 20 years and this is the only thing which inspired me a lot. His ability, confidence and aggressiveness is the only reason which makes him the Indian cricket team captain. In ODI matches he was the only player who scored 62 centuries. When he was 3 years old he becomes interested in cricket. His father, Perm Kohli is the only one who encourages him in cricket. Only because of his father today Kohli is counted in one of the best players in cricket. During his match against Sri Lanka, Kohli was said to do batting as an opener where he played a very good innings which helps his team into their victory. Because of his good batting he is considered to be a legend not only in India but in all over the world. His cricket skills inspire me a lot. I also want to become as an Indian cricketer and wants to join Indian women's cricket team.

Bhawna Yadav-XB Article -PHOGAT SISTERS :A PICTURE OF COURAGE Published On-19Nov2019
Other than farmers and masons if there is any other person on this earth who toil hard under this blue umbrella --- is the sportspersons .They sweat hard to prove their mettle in their respective areas . There are many young sportspersons who have proved an asset to the nation and has taken it to its new heights. Many young sportspersons like Virat Kohli , Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni have their unique qualities to be admired . These are the most famous personalities whom people follow, love and get inspired. People are so crazy about such personalities that they prefer to look like them , prefer to eat what they eat, prefer to wear what they wear and the list goes on. But I personally admire Phogat sisters the most .When their Biopic got released it became a superhit. Being a girl myself I feel proud that the girls who are considered fair yet feeble sex are no less than boys in any respect. They belonged to a small town in Haryana --- a place where girls are not allowed to see dreams and the circumstances never favour them still these sisters not only shown courage to break all social shackles but also took India to a new level in wrestling.. I really appreciate their efforts . It is always said ‘Behind each successful man there is a woman’ but the irony here is that behind the success of these sisters is their father , Mahavir Phogat , who always stood by them like a strong pillar . It is because of his efforts and the phogat sisters’ strong ambition that today Geeta Phogat is a freestyle wrestler, it is she who brought India’s first ever gold medal in wrestling at the Commonwealth Games in 2010. She has seen many ups and downs in her life but none could break her spirit. In a nutshell ,I would like to say that I wish all the girls to have spirit like them .It may be difficult but not impossible to turn their dreams into reality... as even impossible says --- ‘I –AM- Possible’.

She has won 6 world champions medals, five of which are gold, and is the first female boxer from India to win an Olympic medal and claim gold at the Asian Games, a feat that definitely makes her one of the best ever women boxers in the world . She was born to a low-income family in Manipur. Both her father and mother were tenant farmers. Mary has two siblings -a younger brother and sister. Mary Kom had to undertake a difficult journey to conquer the boxing ring. As a young girl she faced vehement opposition from her parents regarding her choice of a career as a boxer. Harshit Kumar, class VIII Article-"If doctors are saving the world, then teachers are shaping it"
“Children are the future of tomorrow.” It is true that children are the building blocks of the country due to which its economy and respect towards other countries increases. But the credit goes to the teachers who teach students who turn into great personalities. Teachers are the ones who shape the child, make him a good citizen, make him a respectful person so that he becomes capable enough to serve the world in a better way. Now at this crucial time when the whole world is fighting a pandemic, doctors as well as teachers are playing a vital role and are making our society better by serving the nation selflessly. It is rightly said,” Teaching is the profession which teaches all other professions”. It is the teachers who mould their students into engineers and doctors so their role can’t be ignored. If the doctors are putting their 100% to save every Covid patient, so as the teachers, they are also putting their best of efforts to save the future of children. They themselves are no less than warriors who are fighting at both fronts – they are managing their household duties and meeting their job demands with same vigour and enthusiasm. All the teachers are putting in lot of efforts and teaching in a virtual setup which is totally different from a traditional classroom. Their only mission for undertaking these painstaking efforts is to not let students waste their precious time. Learning never stops, and so our worthy teachers are trying hard to impart education to us in all possible ways. If soldiers are the bricks of a house, doctors are its cement, and teachers are the tiles used to decorate a home. All these things are required to build a beautiful home, and missing any one thing may destroy the beauty of the house. All professionals are doing a great job for the progress of the country and all of them are required to build a civilized country. If doctors are saving the world, then soldiers are protecting it and teachers are shaping it, and the absence of even one will not be fruitful for the growth of a happy, healthy, safe, economic, disease- free country.
Vanshika VIII D Article -How Technology Took Or Published On-14Nov2019
It is said that’ Childhood is the kingdom where nobody dies’ but it is pity that parents these days unknowingly making their children stand at the edge of a dangerous pit of their never ending expectations , risking their innocent children's life each moment. Our grandparents and parents were lucky who spent their childhood before the technology took over. They played in the laps of vast nature without restricting themselves to any set boundaries decided by parents . Pt Jawaharlal Nehru had a deep love for children but it is pity chachu .....the modern children are no more considered kids ....they have no time for play ....homework ,assignments , projects and lot many more things like this have given them nothing but stress and depression at a very young age . We have become living robots who at the commands of teachers, parents , tutors and coaches perform the desired tasks. We rarely experience that tender touch of our loved ones hands on our forehead No idea when video games took the place of bedtime stories . Shifting to nuclear families from joint families has also affected childhood .Our previous generation was lucky to live in joint families which was in itself was full of excitement, love and togetherness. They had less stress of studies. They need not be given lessons of moral values rather they themselves used to understand sharing, caring, kindness and togetherness while growing up . Where is the childhood lost? Who should be held responsible for snatching it ? perhaps the circumstances . The increasing crimes in our societies prevent parents from sending their children out. Due to their busy schedule parents have no quality time to spend with their children . So children find solace in the company of gadgets like smart phones and laptops.. But whatever the reasons be childhood is a precious period for every child and it is his right to take out most of it . It is rightly called ‘Childhood is the most beautiful of life ‘s all seasons ‘ So , let’s celebrate it under the colourful umbrella of ethics , order and discipline .

Article-"God gave his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers
Published On-09 Dec 2020 in TOI

“God doesn’t give the hardest battles to his toughest soldiers, He creates the toughest soldiers out of life’s hardest battles.”A soldier’s job is one of the toughest things to do in the world. They are supposed to fulfill challenging duties and possess exceptional qualities to become a great soldier. However, their lives are very tough. Nonetheless, they always fulfill their duties despite the hardships.Soldiers are the most respected and honored people of the country, and rightfully so,given the amount of sacrifice they do with their personal lives so that the country is safeand sound. Soldiers are considered to be a lifeline for the country. Even during the smallest of unrest and conflicts in the country, we call on our men in catalogue to put out the fire. Soldiers are well trained for any situation they might have to face while protecting the country. The sole purpose of a soldier is to protect our county from internal and external enemies and fight for the nation. The tough training of soldiers makes them even stronger. During the training, they begin their day early in the morning with exercises for long hours. They are well trained to use different kinds of weapons that are used during the war such as guns, missiles, tanks, bombs, etc. They are also trained to fly aircraft, climb mountains and swim in the high seas. They are taught to survive in the toughest conditions. A soldier has to be on duty for long hours. He has to live in tents and camps in extreme weather conditions. He lives away from his family and hardly gets to meet them once or twice a year. Our flag does not fly because the wind moves it, It flies with the last breath of each soldier who died protecting it .
